Community Health and Wellbeing Programmes

community weight management programmeWe deliver community-based programmes tailored to meet your exact needs; from one-off workshops to long-term programmes. Our team consists of highly qualified consultants in nutrition, behavioural change, complementary therapies and physical activity.

Zeal Health employs CRB-registered, fully insured staff. We only select professionally qualified consultants to be part of our team to ensure that your organisation receives the best possible support.

"The programme was unique; I felt empowered"

Each project is designed to meet a specific budget, time-scale, remit, and audience. For example, a typical community weight management programme supports and educates at an individual and group level through nutrition and behavioural change, as well as targeting other specialised areas of need.

The workshops empower individuals; teaching transferable skills for use in their personal lives and/or working lives.
